Eastern Ethics
This week introduces students to four major Eastern ethical traditions and their approaches to morality, decision-making, and leadership. Students compare these ethical frameworks, evaluate the principles they find most meaningful, and reflect on how Eastern philosophies can influence ethical leadership and personal values.
Deliverables
- Write a discussion post of at least two full paragraphs addressing both of the following questions:
- Which of the four Eastern ethical approaches did you find most meaningful, and why?
- Which principle or concept from the four approaches do you believe is the most important, and why?
- Support your responses with thoughtful reflection and examples where appropriate.
- Submit at least two substantive replies to classmates’ discussion posts.
