This week focuses on understanding different perspectives on leadership and encouraging students to reflect on their own leadership beliefs.
Students evaluate several statements about the nature of leadership, considering topics such as whether leaders are born or developed, the importance of ethics, leadership without formal authority, and the relationship between personal identity and leadership.
The goal is to begin developing a personal philosophy of leadership through critical reflection.
Leadership Paradigm Discussion
